Happiness Hub is operated by Madeleine Steel as a sole trader and will be referred to as “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms and Conditions. By using this website, joining as a member, attending a gathering or participating in any Happiness Hub activity, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Happiness Hub is a platform that supports connection through gatherings and community experiences. We provide opportunities for Hosts to offer gatherings and for members to participate.
Happiness Hub operates as a purpose led social trader and is not a clinical, therapeutic or crisis support service. Information shared through the website, gatherings or communications is general in nature and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
Memberships and bookings
Some gatherings or features may require payment or membership. By purchasing a membership or booking a gathering, you agree to provide accurate information and to complete payment through the available booking system.
Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms such as Stripe or booking tools. These platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Unless otherwise stated, bookings are transferable but not refundable. If a gathering is cancelled by a Host or by us, a refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.
Hosts and gatherings
Happiness Hub supports independent Hosts who offer gatherings through the platform. Hosts are responsible for delivering their gatherings in a respectful, safe and inclusive way. While we aim to support quality experiences, we cannot guarantee individual outcomes or experiences at gatherings.
Participants attend gatherings voluntarily and are responsible for their own choices, wellbeing and conduct.
Happiness Hub is not liable for injury, loss, damage or disputes arising from participation in gatherings, except where required by law.
Community participation
We aim to create welcoming and respectful community spaces. By participating in Happiness Hub, you agree to:

honour personal boundaries
participate at your own comfort level
follow any reasonable guidance provided by Hosts
We reserve the right to remove participants or members from gatherings or community spaces if behaviour is harmful, unsafe or disruptive.
Community groups and communication
Optional community spaces such as email groups, messaging groups or WhatsApp groups may be offered. Participation in these spaces is voluntary. Information shared within these groups may be visible to other participants. Please share respectfully and mindfully.
Photos and testimonials
From time to time we may request permission to share testimonials, feedback or photos from gatherings. We will seek consent before using identifiable images or quotes for promotional purposes. You may request removal at any time.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and materials, remains the property of Happiness Hub unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
